Why RoleWise exists

Companies make hiring decisions based on resumes, applications, interviews and gut feel. The decision is made, the person starts - and then the connection disappears between what you believed before the hire and what actually happened afterwards.

Recruitment data sits in an ATS. Onboarding, performance, progression and retention live in other systems or only in managers' memories. The organization therefore doesn't systematically learn from its own hires - it repeats them.

Mission

Louise

Louise is RoleWise's AI conversation layer. She conducts the structured conversation with the candidate in the candidate's own language, collects the same types of signals for everyone and makes the assessment comparable. Louise doesn't make the decision - she makes the basis more consistent.

RoleWise was founded and is run by Marcel Fuursted, CEO and Founder, with more than 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur building companies, platforms and people. We collaborate with a network of specialists in AI, automation and recruitment.
