Which category is RoleWise in?
Hiring Intelligence. RoleWise is not primarily a screening tool, a candidate ranking tool, a booking system or an ATS. That type of functionality can be part of the platform, but the category is decision quality and learning.
How does RoleWise differ from an ATS?

What is Louise?
Louise is RoleWise's AI conversation layer. She conducts the structured conversation with the candidate in the candidate's own language and collects the same types of signals for all candidates, making the assessment comparable. Louise doesn't make the hiring decision.

Search is the part of the platform that finds and attracts relevant candidates for the role.
What is Select?
Select is the platform's core before the hire: the structured AI conversation that understands the candidate and collects comparable signals about experience, motivation, working style and role fit.
