RoleWise Research is RoleWise's upcoming report on the relationship between structured candidate signals and actual employee outcomes. The report has not yet been published.
RoleWise does not publish figures or conclusions until the data foundation is large enough and can be documented methodically. This page describes the purpose, what the report will cover, and how to be notified when it's released.
Purpose
RoleWise works from a core assumption: that hiring decisions improve when candidate signals from before hiring are systematically compared against actual employee outcomes afterwards. RoleWise Research is the future, publicly available documentation of what that data foundation actually shows - once it exists at a scale that can be relied upon.
The purpose of this page is not to present results. The purpose is to be transparent that no results exist yet, and about what kind of insight the report is intended to cover once it does.
What RoleWise Research will cover
When the report is published, it's intended to describe, among other things:
- How many hiring processes and companies the data foundation covers.
- Which industries, roles and languages are included.
- How candidates complete the structured conversation, and how long the process takes.
- Connections between early signals and later outcomes, including retention and progression.
- Methodological caveats and limitations of the data foundation.
None of these points are figures yet. They are the categories RoleWise intends to report on, once there is a data foundation that can be documented and verified.

Why RoleWise is waiting to publish figures
Connections between candidate signals and employee outcomes require a data foundation that's large enough to be meaningful, and a time horizon that's long enough for outcomes like retention and progression to have shown themselves. Publishing figures too early would undermine the very point of Hiring Intelligence: that decisions should be built on documented connections, not assumptions.
